Hi anyone able to get the September 2020 bill ? I cant locate under my Digi app Mybills section , last available August 2020 only
tried the chat , unfortunately the chatbot cant pass me talk to human keep encounter try again later. Awaiting their FB reply now

1. i no longer able to receive TAC during call , is this normal for you guys ? Before this i remember i'm able to during calls . as certain banks now require otp to verify during before connect to customer service .
2. unable to add recipient for join call as well. Last success i remember is 3 weeks ago . I'm using iphone 11 , postpaid 50 New plan . Not sure got anything to do with my settings .
