Besides Google Play, and republic.gg, F&B etc, what other direct billing services available? Would it be possible to request a refund for overpaid account?

Thanks. Should add that there's spotify, netflix available as well. Digi in-app provides a VPN, and some other asian based streaming services. Any more to add?

What's the highest known credit limit for a Digi Postpaid account? I was told that I can increase 200 every month. But is there a ceiling limit to it?

Mine is RM 1.4k but why do you need so high limit? Credit limit is for usage and not for users to owe (not same as credit card concept).

I see you are here too! definitely agree with that. I don't sleep well at night knowing i'm in debt of something uncessary.

Phone bill is covered by my employer.

kenny rogers, manhattan fish market, burger king etc every month. On top of that, subscription to streaming services, etc. all charge under phone bill.

Then another company(family owned) can write off telco expenses as well.

I'm always in telco section. smile.gif

I see. My phone bill is paid directly by employer, no chance to see the bill at all. laugh.gif

But then, the limit is assigned based on your package. I'm using PhoneFreedom 365 RM 190 plan, I used to have only RM 400 limit when using Digi Infinite 150.

I'm using the Start 38 plan. RM40.xx per month. Credit limit only RM100. doh.gif doh.gif Subscribing to one year of netflix also need to overload my balance before transaction. Immediately after transaction I got barred and needed to call CS to explain, despite overloading my balance by a few hundred.

Hence the need for higher credit limit.

Combined with some Digi Shop expenses or "surprise" roaming charges, even with 1k it doesn't seem alot. I'd like to get as much credit as possible.

CS told me that I could increase RM200 every month. The increase is permanent, meaning it is possible to increase up to (12 x 200) = 2400 in a year.

Anyone know if my credit limit gets reset if I upgrade plans? Currently have 1k credit limit. Wondering if upgrading to a different postpaid plan resets my credit limit?

You get better answer using mydigi asking live chat. If it can't carry over you can use digi & maxis credits in Google playstore.

Thanks for the reply. Have already asked in Digi community. The credit limit is different from credit balance.

Postpaid has a credit limit that determines how much u can spend in a month.
