What is the cheapest postpaid you can downgrade to and how? Found the RM38 plan on digi website but couldn't find how to downgrade to that plan
*
Alternatively you can walk in to digi centre and change it but need the owner to be present.

Changed my mum's plan to digi 38 plan few months back.

app usage, highest is Photos app 80gb , second is Netflix 50gb.

but this is from beginning use of phone. never reset. Iphone dont differentiate which is mobile data and which is WIFI.
So from that Photos app 80gb and Netflix 50gb, need to put in wifi (netflix at home, so use wifi) and also need to average out monthly usage.

So thats like 29 months. just a few GBs a month.

i also dont think my iphone can download that fast. its iphone Xr. according to google, at most speed is 17/18 Mbbps.

this is talking more than 46gb in 16 minutes.
what phone can do this? iphone XXXXXL? hihihi
*
46 GB in 16 minutes
2.875 GB/ minutes
47.9MBps
383Mbps

Max theoretical speed for LTE is 300 Mbps. Max upload is 150mbps
So it's either error or you are both downloading and uploading at the same time at that 16 minutes. hmm.gif

Probably do a speed test to see the average speed at your place to confirm

I'm using this as theoretical speed calculation

Edit: Are both numbers using auto sync at the same time?

One number is android phone. It has 40gb data.
What do u mean auto sync?
Icloud?
Im on wifi at that 16 minutes.

Basically all apps that can upload automatically for backup in which iCloud is one of them.

Probably is a glitch in the system then if there are no system log on both phones that they uploaded that much data on mobile data.

Just double check at the settings again for peace of mind.

what system u talking about?
thank you.

Probably Digi's system to count how much data you use.

I don't use an iPhone, so I/m just gonna post some links from google.

What's the base hotspot quota for RM60 postpaid plan? Can't find the info on their website.....
*
Your hotspot quota is using the same pool as your main quota for limited plans.

Got speed cap?
*
No speed cap. Speed will vary according to network coverage and number of users as usual.

......

Ok so I subbed to Postpaid 90, pop the SIM into MR6500v SIM router, set APN and band freq correctly, got jahanam 5-6mbps speed worse than my Unifi Bebas

But when I use the SIM on my phone, speed fast as fuck boi, then I try to use my phone as hotspot, 5-6mbps jahanam speed again
*
I'm not sure the reason why.

My speed can vary from 1mbps on a bad day to 42 mbps during early morning.

But rarely fixed speed like that.

Maybe the tower might be congested also. hmm.gif

The telecoms tower might not be able to support that many users on the same network band.
