Is that Next35 add-on taken out from the Digi App already ? How come I don't have that add-on option ? Or b'coz I'm with different plan "Digi Best Prepaid v4" ?

Meaning need to get new card and forget about my existing card ? Or there is an option to convert the plan ?

When I go thru the forum, I come across u guys mentioning about RM1/day Unlimited internet. Is this offer still exist ? Digi has this offer 2-3 years back then, after that I've not seen it anymore.

If I were the lucky one, I won't be asking. What is the criteria to be the lucky one ? On which prepaid plan ?

Does anybody know what plan is this ? I'm asking about the unlimited internet (sp). What does that "SP" stands for ?

Regarding the Petronas rewards, not everybody has it. Is it from the Digi apps --> Shop ---> MyRewards ?


I'd checked Digi Best Prepaid V4 and Digi Prepaid Best 2017 SP, both also don't have that reward.

U r not alone. Besides the data balance not accurate, my digi credit balance also reduced. I can't renew my subscription after it expired last yesterday.

I finally can access Digi apps and subsribe to RM55 unlimited plan already. That time was around 7am. My credit balance also back to normal too, rather than lesser amount earlier.

I noticed that the data usage in the Digi apps still not accurate yet, it keeps giving different info each time I relaunching the Digi apps.

Hard to tell, coz many big IT companies outsource to IT workers from other country also. I'm not sure how Digi IT workforce structure.

Yes, but bear in mind that the free RM10 credit will only last 3 days. It will be forfeited if u don' buying any plan or pass within 3 days.

I was using Unifi RM35 unlimited for few months until they changed their policy on the unlimited offering, for that reason I'd switched to Digi RM40 unlimited plan. I reload RM50 and get RM5 free credit, then I'm able to ultilise that RM5 to buy RM40 plan within 3 days of reload. Indirectly I'm only paying RM35 for the RM40 unlimited plan.

Yes, that's exactly what happened when I buy that RM40 plan. Since the free credit is not permanent therefore it won't appear in your balance but will be shown in a separate section in your Digi apps near/next to the "Internet" section.
