Strange you guys still have 365 days at rm38. Using non smart phone? Because I remembered the system automatically upgrades to the newer version which causes the 365 days to costs around rm108... Oh well

QUOTE(HippyTony @ Jun 29 2021, 08:33 AM) Both my SIL & BIL still have this 365 @ RM38 in their new smartphone. But you have to make sure you have enough credit otherwise you won’t have the super long life plan in your phone. QUOTE(raynman @ Jun 29 2021, 08:40 AM) I am using a smartphone and I have 365 days validity at RM38 I cannot remember the circumstances for this change, could be change of sim card causes it. Now I pay RM108 instead of RM38 to get super long life. In fact bought a few years already.

QUOTE(YoungMan @ Jun 29 2021, 09:44 AM) No. My mom change her sim card when changing to a new phone and the super long life still remain. Did you somehow being upgraded or change your prepaid plan back then? Super long life is always there, just RM38 vs RM108. I cannot recall since a couple of years back. Either I changed to the newer prepaid plans or was conned into changing. Something like end of life etc. Seriously cannot remember. So now I pay RM108 to extend for 1 year... so be it.

QUOTE(JohnnyWKY @ Jul 16 2021, 03:25 PM) on demand not eligible for deduction, only 30 days plan listed, mostly RM30 & above Yeah thanks. Just tried and it doesn't work for plans of rm1. I guess this is one way to get us spend more. Will skip.

Can I check if anyone knows how to block/bar outbound calls and only allow incoming calls using ussd codes? This is for those nokia dummy phones using 2G only. Thanks.

Hi folks please help. I have logged a report with DIGI and waiting.
Today I upgrade my prepaid plan from Digi 2017 to Digi Next. After I got sms for the upgrade, my WIFI calling no more working. I suspect VOLTE gone too, but my S23 Ultra has no setting for VOLTE only setting for WIFI Calling which is turned on.
I tried on and off and reboot, none works.
Anyone here have similar experience and know how to resolve it? Already I got emails from people failing to call me. I have no DIGI signal at home hence this WIFI calling is crucial.

QUOTE(aeiou228 @ Mar 27 2023, 07:55 PM) Do trouble shooting first. Like test the SIM on second phone and use another SIM to test it on your S23 Ultra. I inserted the sim to another WIFI-calling and VOLTE phone, same no WIFI-calling or VOLTE. I used to have this function on this phone (same with DIGI) before I upgraded to S21 Ultra then to S23 Ultra. I think DIGI needs to do something at their end. Hopefully the engineer does something right or the process takes 24 hours to finish. Some profile thing needs to be put into the register or something like that. Tomorrow let's see how.

Hi there,
Yesterday in MyDigi App I saw this Super long life 365 days under box of surprises for rm38. Today it is gone. Is this random by boxes of surprise?
Currently I am using Next15, can I ask if this plan comes with 5G? I am not able to get 5G, my other unifi mobile can get 5G at the same spot. Last time there's this 5G boaster, but no also no more and I thought all Next15 data comes with 4G/5G?
Appreciate if someone can help enlighten. Thank you.

QUOTE(svchia78 @ Mar 1 2024, 03:36 PM) Next15 has no 5G. They have a specific 5G version known as "Next 5G 48". Yes, the RM38 super long life is a random surprise.. not sure what's the algorithm but usually it will appear when you do not need it at that particular time of its offer (e.g. when you are already a continuous user of the Next data plans since the Next plans extend validity anyways). The RM54 version is more common. LOL... thanks for the reply. I suspected so since indeed it appears when I don't need it. And when I do it is not there. There's this rm54 one available for the 3 3 promo.

QUOTE(annoymous1234 @ Jul 7 2024, 03:46 PM) u guys NEXT 15 also got 5G? mine doesn't have, phone got 5G for sure. settings also set to 5G/4G I am on NEXT15, lately got 5G connection. You either check if your area has 5G or you contact DIGI. Maybe some setting needed or your SIM card has issue.

Now no more Digi website? Seems like only celcom digi and it never talks about the legacy Digi prepaid plan. So now hard to find information on the old plans and upgrade path.
