I finally got through to digi, the CS told me that there was a system glitch and it automatically deactivated my VoLTE and VoWIFI. doh.gif

Is there an issue with digi app? It keeps saying no connection and if I choose to dismiss, it asked me enter my number and OTP but couldn't receive any OTP.

anyone faced the issue where sometimes you call people but you can't hear anything, however the person that you call can hear you. need to hang up and call again then can hear.

not phone issue though, tried with different phones also faced this random issue.

i lodged a complain and the CS just ask me to change phone again, and if still got problem then i need to send in the phone for them for checking. bangwall.gif
