Is 12273 to Digi free? My Digi is inactive yet I can stills dial this number to their CS. Should be free right?

May I know what is Digi's offer for Free 1GB for MCO? Is it the 1GB valid 7 days options in the menu?

Tried my Digi Prepaid today, the MySejahtera Vaccine cannot load and the display picture blank even though its 36mbps download rate (tested on speed test), how come? revert to home wifi immediately the vaccine page loads.

Just wondering why did Digi reload me a rm0.01 which extends validity for around 5 days and each day gives 150mb free internet? is the a common offer for every prepaid user?

Why does Prihatin RM15 immediately auto subscribed to 3GB For 1 Month pack? Isn't it our decision what to do with that RM15?

Is rm15 credit a one-time or monthly offer? Received sms that I got rm15 again, checked Freebies section said rm15 there. Is it the same or different one as what I had before where they convert to 3gb&Social.

Does it expires if I don't use it, can stack and accumulate? The last 3gb+social hasn't expired yet I wonder if it will auto-subscribe that again when it expires?

My first month of Prihatin Rm15 was auto deducted into 3gb for 30days + Unlimited Social. Was told by Digi this done due to unutilised Prihatin however it will not renew for next month cycle. If I still wish to do another round of rm15 3gb + unlimited social, it seems only the Website SelfCare can AddOn but 116 code Cili Padi One Time Unlimited not showing this package. If renew from Website, how do i know it deducted Prihatin credit or deducted my own money? And the Digi CS said next Prihatin claim must buy something worth rm30 and above which is a little confusing, is this mean i can't buy anything rm15 with rm15 prihatin after the 1st month?

So my last month Prihatin auto-claimed 3gb+Social expired on this month 26th, along with validity expires because my validity was extended by the 3gb+Social. Next day line barred. And CS said only validity active will get auto-claimed for new cycle of 3gb by deducting Prihatin. Is yours that way? Why do we still need to reload if the Prihatin is the one that extends it for 30 days initially, shouldn't it carry on and extend another 30 days?🤔

Do you mean if the validity expired on 27, next day your line is not barred but instead autoclaim Prihatin and validity also extend another 30 days?

I see, well I not much reload my account, only reload a few RM once and then Prihatin kickstarted. Prihatin extend it 30 days during 1st cycle, so the validity follow Prihatin. Now that Prihatin Cycle #1 ended, validity ended too therefore I was in barred mode and they didn't grant me new Cycle. I guess in this case everytime Prihatin 3Gb ends, must activate Super Long Life Rm1 for 1 day and hope they grant a new cycle that extends a next 30 days?

Normally when digi sends you SMS reminder during Barred period like "Incoming calls until 24/03/22." This means that the line will terminate automatically at 12.00 am on 25/03? (Digi Best Prepaid)

Under the Cili Padi XL (One Time) -
Option rm15 for Unlimited Social + 3GB for 30days, it says "with Always Active your account validity follow your Internet validity" does this means that even when status expired Validity we can still purchase this and it will extend the validity for a new 30 day period? ie no need to extend validity before purchasing this?

But if the plan doesn't say "Always Active- Your account validity follow your Internet Validity" does it mean the plan can be purchased during Grace Period and Extend Validity also?

Digressing a bit, Is Unlimited Social Lite a slower bandwidth version of Unlimited Social (Full)? Btw, it seems to say somewhere that Unlimited Social covers FB, Twitter and IG. Does it not cover Wechat? In the past, I had tried to subscribe Unlimited Social without other forms of data and it seems FB Twitter and IG only works on the apps itself but not on the web site versions?
