I can set the sharing of my primary line's 10GB quota but the 25GB contract quota sharing setting doesn't work. No error message though.

Just noticed 2 things today on the mydigi app.

1. Data quota share setting works now.
2. Received a 3GB TQ bonus.

Did you receive any email or SMS regarding your report?

At first I submitted a report on the mydigi app. Then I sent a Twitter DM to @digitelco. Finally received a case number via SMS. Took about 2 weeks to resolve.

I've recently port in to Digi Postpaid 40 plan. I'm planning to add my family members under Digi Family postpaid, however I heard from a dealer that Internet sharing is currently buggy/unavailable? Family line will use data from the main like before using their own quota. Is this true?

Apple will only enable 5G option when 5G is really live for usage until then it won’t show. Both Telco and Apple need work for this

I guess it’s might just one profile since 5G solely controlled by DNB and telco just rely on them.
They might enable special telco profiles for better speeds in future maybe with agreement. As of now only Unifi has been confirmed no words of major players Maxis Digi Celcom so far.
Telco/DNB Will work on it for minor update with manufacturers for unlock 5G band for Malaysia just need to wait.
India also same issue 5G radio hasn’t been enable yet

I tried update 1st round.....but same problem appear again.

Only Way to regain back VOLTe ...4G is by rebooting phone.

Hi, since Unifi has the 10GB Hotspot cap now, I'm looking for alternatives and found that Digi has the RM40 for 6mbps and RM5 for unlimited hotspot. I've some questions :-

1) Most importantly, can I use it on a MiFi and use the hotspot/internet infinitely? Or I must hotspot from a smartphone?
2) Is the FUP still 999GB?
3) I saw that there is an auto-renewal option for the RM40, but is there one for the RM5 unlimited hotspot too or I need to do it manually?
4) Can I still get the RM5 unlimited hotspot now? If yes, can I do it easily from the app or some code dial? If not, how can I get it if it's still available?
