Just found out that if prepaid validity expired, the RM1 extend validity now does no autorenew the RM1 daily unlimited even if still have credit in account

Previously was able to autorenew just by extending validity. CS say now need to topup at least RM5 to renew the RM1 subs

Haha not good news for ppl like me who only want to use the rm1 unlimited for 1 day

Last time only pay rm1 extend plus rm1 subs to use it 1 day.

Now forced to pay rm5 for 5 days even if need to use it for only 1 day

I got more than RM 5 in the account. Unless I use all the money to buy reward, I still lose rm2 extra

Hi guys, wanna ask I have a spare digi prepaid with the RM1 daily unlimited plan.

Initially I just plan to keep the number by extending the validity by 1 day every 3 mths or so.

But for this plan if i topup RM5 = 5days validity which after 5 days will deduct RM1 daily back to RM0.

Does this mean I only can topup RM5 x 4 times a year to maintain this number?

Just ported to NEXT 15 autorenew plan.. Wanna ask if I topup RM15 x 12, basically I can just leave it and the line will automatically be active for the whole year?

The Digi belia RM20 found on shopee that comes with unlimited call + 20gb plan is it for limited time only

From digi website mention the extra 5gb and unlimited calls only for 12 months

Some suggestions since you didnt specify current plan/gb/minutes/budget
1) Digi Next 15/20/30 + 60mins/unlimited call (but have to manually subscribe call each month)
2) Digi Next 35
3) Digi Postpaid (if senior citizen above 60yrs can discount rm10 per mth)
4) Digi Postpaid Family 20/30 (subline if you are using digi postpaid)
5) Yoodo

Just noticed Digi Next 55 they increased the speed to 10mbps unlimited internet/calls/10gb hotspot.

Anyone tried this plan? Can add rm5 for unlimited hotspot?

Apparently for Next 40 some plans unable to buy the rm5 unlimited hotspot due to still being on old NEXT plan

1) Digi prepaid NEXT (old plan)
- Next 40 subs will look like this >>>Unltd Internet-6mbps_Unltd Calls_10GB HS-AutoRenew
- Cannot addon rm5 hotspot booster (need to do change of plan to latest next plan as below)

2) Digi Prepaid NEXT (new plan)
- Next 40 subs >>>NEXT40 Unltd Internet-6mbps_Unltd Calls_10GB HS-AutoRenew
- Can addon booster rm5 unlimited hotspot

Seriously very dumb excuse given by Digi but putting here to let everyone alert.
So rmb to check ur plan before subs next 40 if u need the hotspot

Try chat with Digi CS and see whether can change..

Currently I already have active NEXT 40 subs. CS say if change plan now consider terminate current subscription and have to resubs and pay rm40 again.

So, the CS say can contact them again next mth once the current subs over to convert to new plan.

I noticed my NEXT 15 has this

Unlimited Hotspot 6mbps Expiry Follows monthly active plan - RM5 under the Booster tab.

I thought this was only for NEXT40? Anyone tried it before can get unlimited hotspot?
