i believe now that 1st step is BETTER visit Digi Store and settle outstanding immediately before visit other Telco and apply Portout immediately.


my mistake in my case, i visit Maxis Store and apply MNP from Digi postpaid
Checking Digi app although show no outstanding amount....usually still final payment to settle

Got FOC Sim from Maxis and wait.
SOP Digi will be a call from Digi Marketing who will then try to offer you something to stay.
after the call...later will be SMS from Digi to confirm your flight out.

Digi now will block PortOut if still got outstanding....where you will be inform of the amount.

So after settle the outstanding, i have to reapply MNP again.
Today, i become Hotlink365....hahaha

Same happen to me as well.
Exactly as what you describe...
I thought my Samseng phone purposely "doxx" my phone because i refuse to update.
I tried update 1st round.....but same problem appear again.

Only Way to regain back VOLTe ...4G is by rebooting phone.
Airplane cannot work in my case.
