If existing provider instead owes you, postpaid will refund, prepaid will burn. (Can I suggest you get another prepaid SIM and transfer prepaid balance to it, then use it to spend on app store later.)

Upon receiving your replacement SIM card from new provider, call new provider to kickstart MNP processing.

Wait for SMS (on your existing provider SIM) to confirm you want to port out. Yoodo will send to email instead.

Wait for "sorry to see leave" SMS from existing provider that they approved to let you go.

Usually when I see that "sorry to see you leave", usually MNP already almost done, I can already switch to new SIM.

Authentication  services requiring SMS-based TAC might be temporarily disrupted. Believe it's due to banks sending to different SMS gateway depending on which provider you are using.

If you used postpaid with previous provider, make sure to follow up slightly after a 1½mth later to settle final bill issued after you left.

Hello digi users in the pj area.

Anyone having issues with mobile data suddenly disappearing on your phones ?

It’s happening to a few people I know, one iPhone and a few Samsung users

The internet will suddenly disconnect, and the 4G symbol will go away.

It won’t come back until put the phone in airplane and back to normal

Keeps happening a few times a days, very frustrating because it doesn’t seem to connect back even after moving from the location where the internet stopped

Sometimes it goes to edge instead, and takes forever to go back 4G

One is on digi 150 unlimited hotspot contact plan, one is on digi rm 40 and rest prepaid

Any solutions ?

and if i switch my SIM to Yes as primary (Cuz school only Yes can use , Digi 8-10Mbps , Yes 40-50Mbps)
Digi will become secondary sim and drop to 2G immediately
and sometime no service until showing Digi using Mobile Data (Using Yes 4G to perform VoWiFi)
and sometime 4G full bar but not working (exclude Dataran Merdeka on 31 August 2022)

I am using rm1 unlimited data. Digi wanna scam me to switch new plan.

Last time i also use this RM1 plan, but only max 3mbps, already cancel and now using RM28 with 20GB data + free call. This plan can use max speed
