If the credit validity period is due on 15 March 2021, after paying for the super long life extension, and then reload for RM30. Shouldn't the credit validity period be extended 30 days to 15 April 2021? Apparently it is not. Sounds like cheating here.

only xox can stack validity. other telco even you reload 10 x rm30, still 30 days validity.

Feel like the telco is taking the consumers for a ride.

I have a digi number that s under long expire date on 28 June 2021.
I just reloaded RM15 however the validity still remain at 28 June 2021 and is not stacked.
Isn't this an unfair practice by Digi?

No Malaysian telco stacks their validity except OneXOX.

And Unifi Mobile is so easy to extend validity it's beside the point.

That's the problem when consumerism level is low dry.gif

I have my old line given to my mom. Digi campus, 1 yr validity. She will always wait till balance validity less than 4 days, then only reload rm5. The rm5 will then extend validity for 1 yr.

I tested with 6 days balance and reload rm5, it doesn't extend validity as the 6 days is longer than the 5 days u reloaded, and yes it doesn't stack.
*
Digi campus is memang on 1 year validity? What a bargain, RM5 can extend another 1 year

If it is an old prepaid plan, then it'll have superlong life 365 @ RM38.
Note: You need to have RM38 or more in your credit for the plan to appear.

Ah, you may have cracked the riddle. I checked when the balance is less than RM20. Will check her phone later. Thanks

That's what I am wondering too... i thought it is normal. Wasn't issued with a receipt either.

Add: i just contacted the store, she said from Postpaid port to postpaid is free. But for me is Postpaid to Prepaid. I wonder if she is telling the truth.

Trying to contact Digi CS

Unable to get through Digi CS, so I contacted the Digi Store and said will lodge complaint unless the RM10 is refunded.

They offered to refund RM35 and return the SIM or Refund RM35 and I keep SIM and top up once port in successful.

I said just refund RM10 will do, buut they insist on refund RM35 and I get to keep the SIM and porting still proceed. Bizarre.

MNP is supposed to be free. When you got charged for it means some hanky panky is going on. Either their staffs take your money without their boss knowing, or the entire outlet is complicit.

Either way, a complaint by you to Digi will alert them about this practice, probably triggering an audit.
*
Yeah, they quickly agree to refund after I said will lodge a complaint. Even said boss told to refund full. Already refunded RM25, and RM10 once port in done.

Two stores said prepaid no stock when I was scouting around.

I got suspicious when this one used personal TNG QR code for payment and didnt accept CC. Lucky i didnt pay cash else there is no money trail.

Hi, my port in to Digi prepaid is completed. For this plan, I just need to reload RM25
Monthly instead of RM30?

Also, how to remove the red hot at the phone app? It indicates Voicemail but after clicking it is still there and charge me 30 cents. i already deactivated voicemail on digi but red dot still there.

Thank you
