Why sometimes my digi number wouldn't ring when someone called me？This problem usually happens when my phone's signal dropped to 3G...it usually won't happened when VoLTE or VoWiFi is activated. I think it shouldn't be my phone problem as this happened more often on my old phone which doesn't support VoLTE and VoWiFi. Does anyone encountered this problem before?

Yeah, the plan should be same as yours but if someone from Sabah subscribe that special Digi prepaid Next then the unlimited plan should be retain as a permanent plan which you can subscribe every month...no need to wait for Digi box of surprise offer in order to use that unlimited plan.

I think that statement only applicable for west Malaysia. Blue telco coverage actually not that good in Sabah Sarawak ulu area.

Based on my own experience having a day trip to interior division of Sabah via Jalan Tambunan-Kota Kinabalu before this pandemic, I feel like Celcom coverage actually worst than Digi. Sometimes when Digi still able to maintain weak 3G/2G signal, Celcom actually goes into "emergency calls only" mode already. Maybe different users have different perspective.

Digi credit balance expiry date will always follow monthly data plan date. For example if your credit balance will be expired in 2 days and you bought a monthly data plan today then your credit balance expiry date will be auto extended according to your monthly plan expiry date.

Last time I ever use a plan that cost RM10 per month also has always active feature.
Should be monthly data plan > RM10 will auto extend credit validity.

Btw, do you mean every month you have to keep reload or extend validity in order to use your RM3 monthly plan?

No, quite old already...this is on my box of surprise January last year. Never seen that anymore

- will renew every month automatically
- no "always active"
- if you want to reject offer then have to reply or else will activate automatically

Maybe you can try to contact them via customer service Hotline?

You can try to ask them via Digi community or Digi facebook page. If still don't have anyone answering your question then you might need to visit Digi store I guess or just continue to call the hotline until someone pickup your call.

My data is working, can receive call from someone but cannot make any outgoing call since yesterday.
