Complained to DiGi, but after a week or so they closed my reports with simply replying reason being too many concurrent users at my location (meaning the tower pretty much bogged down I guess) and stating they've informed the Network team and considering enhancing the capacity in future. 😒
"enhancing the capacity", and "build a new tower" are what Digi CS trained to tell you when there's no solution to improve their network.Do you really trust what Digi CS told you? As long as the call is working fine, Digi couldn't care less your network and case closed.
