"enhancing the capacity", and "build a new tower" are what Digi CS trained to tell you when there's no solution to improve their network.
Do you really trust what Digi CS told you? As long as the call is working fine, Digi couldn't care less your network and case closed.

According to Digi CS, the plan is not auto-renew.
Did it auto-renew or you renew it manually? Because the time is not matched 17/01 till 17/02 has 31days.

Anyway, the plan is still showing in my BOS section. I have asked the Digi CS, and they said it may disappear anytime.

I don't know because there's no booster tab in My Digi app, and I'm currently on RM8 unlimited call for 30days which is going to end soon.

Since the RM8 plan does not appear in the BOS, I'm thinking to go for Next 15 + RM10 for unlimited calls.

Yes, it might disappear from BOS anytime according to Digi CS said.

It was still at my BOS on 03/03 morning, then when I reopened MyDigi app in the afternoon, I was required to login again. Then, the plan was no more.
My current plan lasted till today 07/03 at 10am, sad.gif .

At least they're honest to you.
For my experience with Digi CS, they were telling me network enhancement would be done on xx date and then building a new tower on xx date, and sorry for the inconveniences caused and your patience was much appreciated.
In the end and until today, my location remains as only one or two signal bars out of five bars.

My suggestion, just port out to whichever telcos are the best for you.

Yes, it has.
Only the BOS unlimited calls for RM8/30days doesn't have loyalty bonus.

BTW, this is my second month with Digi, just port in two months back.

Idk whether or not Live plan has booster.
The booster tab will appear only after you subscribing to a monthly plan.

And, it'll auto subscribe to the plan once you top up enough credit.

Maybe, you're unlucky or Digi treats you as a VIP customer.

For me, just recently port out 1 yellow to red, and 4 red to yellow. All completed in first attempt with 1 or 2 days, and all numbers are prepaid.

Digi is quite generous this month to give double free 6GB/30 days for auto renewal.
One subscribed manually by dailing *888*1#, and then getting another automatically.

Digi CSes are very dishonest, they tends to tell customers (us) that Digi will "enhanced network capacity" or "upgrade networks" or "proposed to build a new tower", and everything takes time, please wait patiently. All are just silly lies.

My suggestion is better port out to whichever telco that's good at your location.
