My offline Infinite 150 line now gets 999GB instead of ∞.
My online infinite line with usage also totalled to 999GB.

the understanding before is, the system need a number to be entered, so they put in max just to satisfy input field constraint. and subscribers testified that they can call in to reset the entitlement.

now, not so sure, with Postpaid 150 being bandied around.
after few months, probably even live agents from years before already get replaced and the new agents will always deny about resetting quota when asked for, as they only know of Postpaid 150 and not Infinite 150.

I have 9 numbers.

App displayed only 1-6.

When I clicked no 5 in the display, it retrieved instead another number from un-displayed 7-9.

haih, you only use digi portal kah to be this amazed?
maxis, celcom digi, unifi also list all associated to your ID.
bank also lerrr...

and they all do better than digi. sign in only once.
mydigi stupid design requires log in using TAC only to show detail for the mobile that you use to sign in, and when inside, again have to sign in order to view all numbers.

hotlink is not maxis. call center also separated, cannot pass cross line. even hotlink postpaid and hotlink prepaid gets different app and treatment.

last night, i didn't give much thought to it.

it wasn't my account receiving it, already confirmed.
somebody probably keyed in wrong MSISDN to inform of money transfer as i remembered cimbclicks have option to charge sending party 20¢ for sms.

this morning, it suddenly hit me.

this could actually come from cimbclicks itself based on their record and not keyed in by sender.

did digi mistakenly routed to my number(?)
