Been logging both tickets which are my house and office area. Both places been great before but not last year and here the answer when ticket log.. come on.. this happen in bukit jalil, KL?are you serious Digi? And ticket resolved within 1 minute as usual

I got that when I complained to digi,, reported to mcmc but so far no response from digi regarding the complaint... they have 1 more working day to respond( Mcmc SOP 15 working days )

Over 9 years no issue. Now only got issue... been report the exact same network issue every month and same response only Anyhow contract end soon. God bless😂

Shopee Mobile prepaid top up will give a few cents discount intermittently. Shopee also gives 10% cash back voucher every month provided you could grab one.

That’s the silly excuses used by DiGi CSs when they are in fact not going to do anything. Your cases will be ignored. If I were you, I would 100% porting to other telco.
I used to get those nice promises from DiGi too, but it seems like not much improvement after 2 years. Testing with a-not-active-most-of-the-time prepaid.

Same thing happen to me with Maxis. Switched to Digi after about 6 months.

Now u understand wel.. our power to switch whichever give the bestl 💪

for 1 day 8.8 shopee sales only. Applicable for prepaid top up and bills. But OOS within half hour i believe, should top up my Digi prepaid 1st then only go play games and shopping

Let me give u scenario ya. My monthly quota is 100gb, every month the rolled over quota 5 gb also not able finish.why?? The network is very bad till i only count on wifi nowsaday. So weekend extra 20gb also useless now.

Extra data for Auto renew same plan. Pay on time.

It's for postpaid 38, 58, and 80 only. DiGi loves low APRU users. Those pay more do not get loyalty rewards.

So that is network problem, I didn't touch on that issue. Then you talked about loyalty benefits which you claim never pays off by digi as stated below, which I commented about.

If your network is consistently bad, try mnp to another telco. Why pay for something you can't use?

Those interesting Plat & Gold rewards usually come up in the middle of the month, probably after 15th.
