my prepaid Live lost its free 2.5gb weekly video quota. anyone experienced the same? need to fight to CS to get it back?

my best 2017 didn't get the 12-8am free 1gb after forced conversion. already submitted mnp on yes app but still haven't received sms from digi. wonder if digi is blocking the mnp pending their CS calling me to offer counter-offer.

nothing on *888*1#. complained to digi. at first they say if don't have, then don't have. then they said best 2017 is no longer eligible for free 1gb data. both tickets got closed immediately.

2g didn’t work for you too? when i scanned network on my old nokia phone, i could find digi and maxis only. sometimes out of the blue, it could connect to celcom. i suspected celcom has been doing something funny with their 2g infra. they put the 2g transceiver in power saving mode perhaps.

mat salleh is after money too. remember how uber sold itself to grab?

maxis is not a viable alternative, so umobile is our last hope!
