Some crooks reseller used my name to register SIM card before to VIP numbers and I go center claim those 2 SIM (told them I lost it). 🤭

Why is Mydigi app this terrible...

Coming from Celcom, this digi app is slower than ever plus with details accuracy error. Sigh..

Hey guys, I went for the PhoneFreedom 365 - Switch To Digi plan on the website last week and with the port in option from my current Maxis to Digi. I finally received the Digi simcards today but seems like I need to wait for official SMS from Maxis to confirm the switch before I can officially use the Digi line. Any way to speed up this process or is waiting the only thing we can do now? Thank you!

btw i prepaid that offer 1-2gb data with 2-300 minutes call permonth ?

Well that s*ck. I just applied to port my whole family line to Digi 2 days ago. I just got the sim cards but it haven't activated yet

This idiotic government just dont want to admit that previous government had the best package to launch the 5G... what they want in the eyes of the people is that having something unique than them without considering the consequences of being lagging behind than our neighbours... look at this now, they are reconsidering multiple operators!

All numbers must register to principle, then principle must apply the related plan.

Its funny though when the staff knew the plan just act dunno becoz yesterday another staff offered me.
But at last she explained all out. Required postpaid at least 4 months old then can switch.
It would be the cheapest 28-10 = 18+6% rather than my parents paid 50+ buta buta use very little.

If you have bill outstanding, of course will be blocked.

Celcom and Maxis not that fussy to let go when there is zero bill outstanding.

But Digi is bit particular; even with zero outstanding, still require you to pay 1mth upfront similar to rateplan you intended to terminate. so i guess they also want it when porting out.

Still, later go check last bill issued after you ported out. Don't end up in Court or telco blacklist for that oversight over meagre amount.

I am with Umobile P79 with 2 supplementary lines for maybe 4-5 years already and monthly bills like 125-130.

Now feel like want to move away from Umobile.  Look like their coverage is getting worse and worse.

Thinking of digi postpaid 60 and 2 supplementary plan...

Can’t find the details anywhere. Would like to ask with my postpaid 90 plan can I freely use the tethering/personal hotspot function on my pc/laptop without restrictions? I remember years ago there were restrictions but not sure if it’s still true for now. Thanks

Switched from legacy ambassador 68 to postpaid 90 plan. Got RM10 life time rebate. No sure is wise move?

Do blacklist still can take the rm19 phone? My mom ic got 1 no under digi tak tau who curi guna her ic. Now she got 1 no under digi also, good record. Can she tke that rm19 phone?

Have you tried resetting the phone? I wonder would it get rid of that
