Government Reconsidering DNB 5G Single Wholesale Network Model]
https://www.lowyat.net/2021/260462/governme...ing-dnb-5g-swn/I think multi ways better, centralisation & decentralisation, both combined ways should be good for 5G development.
some network shared, some owned infra

Not supporting DNB or the gov, but maybe on the hindsight, all places have equal coverage is also good? There is no more telco X is good in 1 place and telco Y is shitty. But bad thing when 1 line down, all telco affected.

This idiotic government just dont want to admit that previous government had the best package to launch the 5G... what they want in the eyes of the people is that having something unique than them without considering the consequences of being lagging behind than our neighbours... look at this now, they are reconsidering multiple operators!
Maybe because they has collected much money from DNB deals !!!
My questions, even if the government intended to create multiple 5G operators, are they awarding second operator to operate the 5G or it is to all operators? if the government intended to award to second operator only, who would that be? TM Group???
Well, hopefully by then telcos can work together and become second operator. Just like how previously they sign agreement to jointly develop fibre infrastructure.
