unfortunately the resolution Digi give me makes things worse

1 the RM5 subscription is now free
2 they added back RM5 under bonus credit, meaning only valid 30 days

If free, why opt-out?
If error, why refund in freebies with 30 days validity instead the main credit balance?

It looks like ah long's tactics..

The mysterious red dot issue has been around since a decade ago...

I've tried change new sim card from digi kiosk with success, also the Kekal Selamat Digi signal name back to only Digi too😉

Change sim card sometimes can solve the problem.
For my case it's different. I do not have the voicemail red dot previously until my sim card spoilt. After I replace my sim card, that's when it started until now. I did try another time to change sim card, but still got the same problem. Maybe when I happen to be near Digi center, I will try change another sim card see what happen.
Digi is strange that they never be able to solve this small problem.

Some of my digi lines got cheaper  rm38 365days SLL.

Wonder what's the requirement to trigger RM38 SLL to appear in BOS.

superlonglife 365 is RM38. Now found in BoS only depending on digi mood. So far just bought it last month

well just checked my BoS now 365 validity also missing ald. If not back maybe I will just MNP to pantas after exhausting all the credit.
Pantas iirc need to switching plan fee, but reload RM10 will give one month validity. RM30 get 365 validity. And got 1 year long validity internet.
Quite tempting as digi currently had cut all the perks of digi best v4 after merging with celcom, the 8 sen low cost Friends and family call rates only increased to 30sen/min.
RM38 365 was the last thing that kept me with digi
Really no point continuing ald haiz.

2 out of my 3 digi lines still have BOS Superlonglife 365days for rm38 but I never need them.

Besides Digi Kuning 5G plan, which Digi legacy plans can get 5G? I’m having Digi Best 2017 and NEXT for my passive numbers.
