1) Why it took 3 calls for me to be notified about such important terms and condition? Is this how Digi want to punish their customers who want to port out? 2) Why is there a need of such unfair practise, to be drained out ALL of the lines data quota until next billing cycle? I'm still paying the full amount of my subscription plan and now i will have no internet for 3 weeks just because i want to uncouple my principal and supplemental lines? I have not even initiate the port out yet.
I hope MCMC can do something on such an unfair practice and terms and conditions. Internet access has become almost an utility. Similar to water and electricity, human can almost cannot live without internet access. Any internet service providers should not have such unfair practise. Imagine Air Selangor cut your access to water just because you decided to buy mineral water for drinking purposes instead of boiling the water from pipe.  such a bummer๐
