Prepaid Next has new T&C with their latest price increase. From my understanding, the BOS offer of the old price is only for the next 30days from the date of the price increase. Thereafter the BOS offer will be gone. I think this is to appease those who have subscribe to it before the price increase like me. I can confirm later when I renew it as it is in my BOS too.

I’m still not too sure about the Next FAQ in Digi community section. In my BOS I still have the Next35 40GB. Trying to understand Q5, it seems it will be in my BOS as long as I renew it. Or maybe not. See below the link

Same here renewed yesterday this morning the BOS plan is still available. Digi FAQ said it’s available for 30 days from the time of the update. I’m also keeping a watch.

You renewed from BOS or Add-Ons. In my app add-ons Next35 only 30GB. BOS 40GB.

Sometimes it just disappeared for awhile. Close and reopen your app with get it back or try to pull down your app screen to refresh. This morning mine was gone for an hour or so. It’s back now.

Yes purchase the subscription after it expired, not a must but it works for me. I top up one day before renewal.

You can renew anytime, your data balance will be deleted when you renew. If you have sufficient balance to renew your subscription, you don’t have to top up but if your validity is the same day as your subscription then renew your subscription one day before your expiration. Digi Always Active will extend your validity date when you renew your subscription.

From my experience I usually renew my Next 35 after it expired. That is after the balance of my data subscription is deleted on the day of the expiration. Basically the basic data I can still send messages but no browsing or downloading of photos etc etc, that is when I renew my subscription. Btw Digi has been very nice to me that they don’t delete my data balance on the dot. (Sharp at midnight) usually late morning or afternoon of the expiration day.

In my Next plan I get my free 2GB (500mb X 4) /30 days in my BOS. I have to redeemed it whenever Digi put it in my BOS. Whereas in Live I just redeemed it one time like before.

I’m using Next 35/40GB unlimited calls. I was informed that since it is not auto renewal it is not permanent. Digi has updated their Next plans. At the moment I’m still getting my old plan Next 35/40GB in my BOS. I have to renew from BOS.

Yes as all free basic internet is slow, I only use that when my subscription has expired and to renew. I can only send messages nothing else.

Wow I thought Digi down only at my place Putra Heights. Whole of Malaysia! CS told me yesterday when I made report estimated 6 May to be repaired. Service is still not stable at the moment.

Yes with Next, the T&C is a problem. I once subscribed to the free 1 hour unlimited data, it can’t be use for hotspot. I only use Next for my house WiFi. The worst part is for the one hour no one could use the WiFi. The message said no internet. I now avoid all those unlimited data in the app.

So far when I renewed my Next plan after expiration Digi deduct from the free 1GB basic data. I didn’t notice any difference in my Live auto renewal plan, maybe deducted from my free data too.

Don’t know whether this is good news or not. As long as I don’t have to deal with Celcom CS or my plans changed to Celcom’s I’m ok.
