i no idea why, there is so many confuse when using prepaid plan,
example reload to get internet (there is no reason to reload exact amount with internet plan, telco does not 'eat' your money), plan and account expiry is different thing
if too confuse just use back postpaid, with the SST charge, i never use postpaid

using Best Prepaid v4, that digi force to change plan
btw just now notice digi capped roll over 100GB.
and data usage is normal back, no more glitch usage

Wasted money, suddenly got RM1 free credit internet, decide buy cheapest 5G booster RM3 for 1 day 3GB, but did not show 5G on my old plan

So far mine not yet fail, when a day before renewal internet plan, acc expiry is red color, after pass 12am auto extend 30days

Until nowi still use ussd code to check balance, internet plan, redeem freebies
But until now digi still drop to G when run ussd, which very slow respond, unlike umobile stay at 4G
