My bigbonus just renew, able to claim royalty bonus

Have been 1 year, everytime renew internet will auto get that 5GB 5days,
Now my rollover already 97GB,

Is impossible to me to use up roll over, at the time of renew already got free 11GB,
Usage at first 5GB 5 days >> 6GB 30 days royalty bonus >> 1-7PM 1GB daily bonus, 2GB extra from plan >> my base quota at now roll over 97GB (base quota 5GB), so i was very hard to use my base quota

if not your main phone, why don't switch to NEXT 15? save rm156 a year

I received a SMS from Digi, to unlock more rewards I have to top via BOS? Strange. Or will it unlock more rewards in BOS after I reloaded? Maybe that is why BOS is so stingy lately. My English is not good don’t understand Digi SMS.

Recently got a call from 'DigiHelpLine' 0162211800,
offering me the new Postpaid 40 package, free x GB for 6 months or something like that, I can't recall,
I'm on the basic 35 HS (highspeed) plan
The guy was telling me I could get 5G access and a new faster phone.. I told him my cheap plan is already 5G enabled and every month I didn't even finish the given 30Gb quota for my plan. I asked if I can get a cheaper plan with similar benefits, he replied postpaid 40 is the cheapest 

What is BOS?

CS lying again. Confirm not one-time. Last week was my 3rd renewal for CD5G RM25 plan. I've received 10+24GB 4 times already.

Are we talking about the same free 10GB? Mine is from the CD5G Kuning Intro plan. I started this plan on 4/3.
