Anyone know if my credit limit gets reset if I upgrade plans? Currently have 1k credit limit. Wondering if upgrading to a different postpaid plan resets my credit limit?

You get better answer using mydigi asking live chat. If it can't carry over you can use digi & maxis credits in Google playstore.

My mom just ended her 1 year superlonglife expiry yesterday and didn’t change her plan. But the option is no longer there.

If it is an old prepaid plan, then it'll have superlong life 365 @ RM38.
Note: You need to have RM38 or more in your credit for the plan to appear.

Strange you guys still have 365 days at rm38. Using non smart phone? Because I remembered the system automatically upgrades to the newer version which causes the 365 days to costs around rm108... Oh well

Both my SIL & BIL still have this 365 @ RM38 in their new smartphone. But you have to make sure you have enough credit otherwise you won’t have the super long life plan in your phone.

Postpaid has a credit limit that determines how much u can spend in a month.

I cannot remember the circumstances for this change, could be change of sim card causes it. Now I pay RM108 instead of RM38 to get super long life. In fact bought a few years already.
