Raised a ticket with Digi due to a billing issue (overcharge).
There has been no follow-up or response from their team after 5 working days.

Sigh.

Finally, CelcomDigi refunded me the overcharged amounts:

RM50 x 4 months = RM200

It took them 4 months to address the issue.

The scammer contacted me via WhatsApp call, claiming to be from CelcomDigi. He mentioned a three-month bill waiver that would supposedly be converted into points under the MyDigi app. He then asked me to share the OTP code received via SMS, but I refused.

He ended the call.
