Your credit will not be deducted and your UL40 subscription will be suspended, unless you reload until above RM40 and they will auto-deduct credit for UL40.

Happens in Kuching, Sarawak as well. Sometimes even airplane mode method does not really fix it.

Noticed recently signal strength not stable, sometimes 2 bar sometimes full.
Also upload speed become snail to 1mbps average.

nowadays unsubscribing internet plans can only be done using USSD (*128#)
last time can use web and app to unsubscribe, now cannot.

What i only know about iPhones is they also have different LTE/5G bands for different regions, same like some flagship android phones.
Need someone to confirm this as im not an iPhone user.

probably need to activate using app before using it
not sure if they can check whether you received the sim card onot
if they do check then you probably need to activate as soon as possible, to avoid them expire ur sim and number
if possible, do share ur experience on activating the sim

If just port in, need to wait around 48 hours for otp sms to work properly or update to the bank that you just changed telco.

This is one of the old plan and they are just telling you to upgrade.
If you don't need 5G, you can keep using.
If you need 5G, upgrade to RM40 40GB 4G/5G.
