Anyway i can reload rm1 to digi prepaid?

How about if my credit balance is less than RM40. Will the UL40 not auto renew? Or they will deduct partially and my credit become negative until the next reload?

Anyone having issues with mobile data suddenly disappearing on your phones ?

It’s happening to a few people I know, one iPhone and a few Samsung users

The internet will suddenly disconnect, and the 4G symbol will go away.

It won’t come back until put the phone in airplane and back to normal

Keeps happening a few times a days, very frustrating because it doesn’t seem to connect back even after moving from the location where the internet stopped

Sometimes it goes to edge instead, and takes forever to go back 4G

recently my digi network is always disconnected from my phone at certain areas, i'm not sure if its due to the reason that I had dropped my phone a few times or its network issue?

Digi newbie don't know what is BoS, bro mind to explain?

Is there something wrong with Digi line these days? I just noticed it that the mobile connection always very low, 1 or 2 bars only compared to Yodoo. Every now and then, I have to reset the SIM to make it connect to the network again.

Once inititiating porting out, how long does it take for Digi to send porting out SMS confirmation?

Any idea why can't I unsubcribed to this plan ?

I had received my Digi prepaid SIM card (new no), they just put inside my mailbox even I am not at home.

So my question is that the activation date is decided by me or? Meaning I can decide when to activate it or it is already activated by default?

Is this response from Digi on the MCMC portal acceptable?

3 months after leaving Digi, now my excess payment has climbed from RM -16.06 to RM -17.66
