Take notes on NEXT auto-renewal plan.

The NEXT plan will not get renewed if you do not have enough credit card in your account, but it would not allow you unsubscribe after it expired, it will be still hidden in their system.

Once your credit is enough for them to deduct the NEXT plan, their system will immediately auto subscribe back the plan, because the "Auto Renewal" is ON in their system...

I contacted their support and they just said the activation is genuine, while they forget their system has a bug that auto deduct customer credit just a month ago.

For my scenario, my previous plan is NEXT20_UL Social + 15GB + 1GB HS (Auto-renew) and expired in Aug, the plan was not there but the AUTO RENEWAL is still ON in their system, and no option for me to disable the auto renewal because it is expired.

And I just topped in last Friday and it auto immediately deduct RM20 in my credit balance. AUTO RENEWAL is just a sweet and there is a TRICK behind.

currently using bigbonus 28 with 7gb and ultd calls.
but recently data always used up fast so i am trying to either
1. renew the plan early (auto renew still 3 days away), seems impossible? since the big bonus plan officially only has 4gb and they updated me to 7gb

2. subscribe to another rm35 plan with more data as shown in the app, but keep failing.( it shows unknown error) been trying since last month to no avail. not sure why? anyone knows?

Just changed to prepaid next after years of being in digi prepaid live p2p with bigbonus 28. the 7gb internet from bigbonus28 starting to not be enough since i watch a ton of videos now. always end up buying 3gb for rm5. now changed to next 40 unlimited 6mbps +10gb hotspot with unlimited calls. rm12 difference only but huge upgrade
