The CS at Digi Pyramid told me if, my one time plan Next 35 (40GB), today is my last day of the plan to renew the next day. I hope she didn’t give the wrong info.

Btw in the app, it also tells me to renew my plan the next day after expiration.

Guys what do you think?

(Expiry: "expires on DD MMMM YYYY", that day is your last day the line is valid, no time mentioned, so the whole day is valid)

Your add-on/subscription: Next 35
(Expiry: Check using *200*1#, cut-off date and time, usually midnight, is mentioned)

Even Digi staff are confused what is a plan and what is an add-on.

Do note that whenever you dial any USSD menus on Digi network, your phone will fallback from 4G to 3G network (or 2G) until you exit the USSD menu.
Which means for those who force 4G LTE mode on their phones, Digi USSD menus will not work.
It will immediately shows this message "Connection problem or invalid MMI code" whenever you dial any USSD menus like *128#, *338#, *888# and so on.
Digi's 4G LTE does not support USSD over LTE yet.

Solution: Set your phone to auto 2G/3G/4G or auto 3G/4G whenever you wish to dial the USSD menus.

anyhow I have redeemed before this 2Gb challenge. If one uses either BigBonus or Internet Cili Padi , they will use up the Promo quota first, which is useless , in the end it won't get utilised at all. so its like a scam..
Especially Big bonus is considered secondary compared to Internet Chilli Paid.

better to redeem the Free 1Gb productivity, at least it gets used up first.
Digi should seriously relook into their data priority system. All messed up

In reality the whole system of data allocation seems convoluted & even Digi's support system nor staffs are clear about it.

I just message Digi in FB, they reply me NEXT prepaid 35 or 30 , originally promo till 3 Jan , now extend till 1 March 2021

On my BigBonus 35, if my main data quota 6GB is already used up, based on experience - Does it totally stop , or just throttle.

Cause I got 2 answers.

From CS: It will stop, only able to use the 1Pm-7pm BigBonus hours

All Digi packages with data quotas, both prepaid and postpaid, will come to a dead halt when the quota is reached.

Only very old prepaid plans had PAYU data which was very dangerous for unsuspecting users.

for 1st month only..
now Digi able to offer a lot of data..hopefully other telco will follow..
my experience with Digi, if phone don't have Volte, just forget it to use Digi..

Check your mydigi app, does it have free basic internet? If yes, your data should continue but slowed down to 64kbps. But why didn't you claim the free daily 1gb? If your data consumption is not towards social media and gaming, the free data will be used, thus saving your main data. Dial *338#

Yeap, it does have the 500MB free internet.
Currently I'm running on Prepaid Live - So it doesn't have that Midnight daily 1GB .

Actually I do claim the Free 1GB, but its because of heavy usage - As high as 1.5GB within a day,

In the past I used to claim the free 1GB early in the morning,
so yes, the 1GB gets used up within half a day, if lucky, can survive till midnight - and that's not depending on the Big 1-7pm quota.

But now i strategist to claim the Free 1GB after around 5-6pm so that it uses the Big 1-7pm bonus first. However that leaves for main data to be exposed from morning till 1pm.
Dunno if that's a smart move or not.

Heavy usage, because kids use Youtube (MCO - School not yet reopen) , and sometimes play Roblox , which I notice it consume quite a chunk of data.
Somehow if my Video Freedom data is used up, it will use the Free Daily 1GB , even on Youtube or Roblox. Tested already, confirmed.

GUYS. that NEXT35 offer 40gb data, when i click port in, why it show unlimited social + 9GB. So where is the 40GB ? is this package = rm35 ?what is the non promo price after March
