WTA regarding the rm25-30GB+rm15 rebate autorenew internet plan, I subscribed in Jun2024, but after 5 month the plan expired n not renewed even though i have enuf balance n a valid rm15 internet credit. Anyone know why?

Unscrupulous DG trying to make money using dubious means. Same thing happened to all 3 rm25 data plan accounts. Will see how for next renewal.

Can extend 1 day validity rm1 on the day of expiry so renewal can be done?

Today ngam ngam Boost gave rm5 Boost wallet which I used to topup Dg prepaid(expiring tonight), so free reload.

Got the above sms, is it for all digi users, or only for those who received d sms? And internet credit reflected immediately or few days later?

All my 4 DG lines finally got the sms.
I reloaded 1 of them with RM25 data plan.

Reload rm50 via mydigi app, got the rm5 Internet credit minutes later valid for next 72 hours. Just in time for my RM25 Data plan renewal after midnight, 25-15-5=rm5 for this month.
Will try for another line with same RM25 data plan expiring in 2days+.

Anyone managed to get the rm5 internet credit even without sms offer?

Did u get sms about the offer b4 reload?
I reloaded one digi line without the sms 20mins ago, still no credit yet.

How to cancel the above plan which will auto renew in 2 days time?
Is it via Settings>MySubscription> then uncheck 5G25 AutoRenew?

Which rm10 plan, got how much data?
BTW each DG prepaid user can have how many lines? Thinking of converting few of my Unifi mobile lines to DG to take advantage of the RM25 5G25 with Rm15 rebate.

Nope, 1st time rm25 then the subsequent SIX months is rm10 per MONTH.

No it is still 6 months of rm10 plus 1st month is rm25.

2 lines sub to this plan then canceled after no more rebate, never see this offer again.

U mean the rm25 +rm15internetcredit still available?
If so I am going to convert some of my unifi mobile prepaid lines to Digi prepaid Live/Next.

Why? They r indeed the oldest plan, zero sms, call & data, need to reload n call to reactivate the line every 90 days.

I was not aware of the 2000min free call n didn't take it up, only some of the inactive lines (14/20) were given 60min call later.
The other 6lines no more free data, sms n calls, all nice numbers, so would like to maintain them by switching them to other operators like digi or HOTLINK with low maintenance n good data plan.
Moreover Unifi mobile data plan is not attractive. Currently I have 4 digi + 20 unifimobile prepaid lines, shared by 4 family members.

With more digi lines I would be able to swap them around n use the line with a good data plan in BOS.
