You only need to go to the telco centre that you're porting TO. But the IC holder must personally be there to enable the successful MNP.

Later once the line is settled in with the new telco, you can apply to transfer ownership if needed.

some plans labelled as a diff plans..
in pantai timur, we hv plans spesific for our area..
the best is 6gb + unlimited utube for 30 days only rm15..
but this one don't hv calls..

then u search for faq/tnc, not available.. icon_question.gif
call digi service, they oso bluuurrrr..

im on really old dg prepaid plan, if to change plan need to go outlet? as in to change sim too?

Hi, I want to ask, actually what is digi phonefreedom365? and what is free upgrade at 18th month? means that I give them back the phone and take new phone then need start another 24 months payment?

Anyone here experience problems with redeeming 1GB free internet that you can't redeem until few minutes after 12am?

Also right now, Digi system is under maintenance so you can't redeem 1gb internet via umb anymore sad.gif

I wonder does other methods exist for redeeming?

Yes, you're on phone rental plan if you choose to upgrade every 18 months, and not all phones are entitled to upgrade.

Digi 190 plan : 190 x 24 months = RM4560.
iPhone 12 + Apple watch series 6 @ RRP = RM6240.

RM191 x 24months = RM4584.

For only RM4584, do you wish to have a postpaid plan and a purely free phone and apple watch shocking.gif ?

Free phone? Wtf r u talking? U need pay rm 4584 + 4560 = 9144 + 6% sst = rm 9692 total cost for 24 month
