Looks like we have to walk-in to get clarifications why during Grace Period, we cannot receive calls/SMS/TAC/MSOS code even if under strong VoLTE coverage and SIM 1 slot.

Me faced the same issue with Hotlink last year. On the 14th-day of the Grace Period, suddenly cannot receive calls/SMS/TAC/MSOS. They said they have system "glitch". Me don't bother to wait. Reload RM5 and MNP-o immediately.

During DiGi's Grace Period, even on the 3rd week, still can receive calls/SMS/TAC/MSOS (SIM 1) even though data (SIM 2) is set to other telco.

Maap Zahir Batin to Momok Kuning... the cash went to Hotlink Panta* this Aidilfitri...

Errrrr .. Hotlink Panta* when reload RM10, it gives 30 days SIM Validity.

So, no wasted to reload RM10 (received 30 days SIM Validity) and immediately use the same RM10 to buy that 50GB hotspot-able quota.

Correct unless we subscribe to the Hotlink Panta* RM30 for 1 year SIM Validity; just use credit balance to str8 buy the 50GB promo...

But me only reload RM7.38 for that 50GB...



Hopefully, balik kampong Aidilfitri later, the #JENDELA_gagal does not happen to Hotlink Panta* cell towers....

If Axiata got the same promo, for sure me won't buy that 50GB....LOL...

Wi-Fi Calling = VoWiFi =~ VoIP...



Minutes quota is still imposed... meaning, if our SIM is in Grace Period, we can only receive VoWiFi...outgoing cannot...if wanna make call during Grace Period, use VoIP (eg. WhatsApp call, Zoom, Tim Team Apple FaceTime, etc.). Of course, during Grace Period (except for Orange Spaceship UMobile), to use VoIP, must connect to stable Wi-Fi...

Confusing right...LOL...

For ur case, the router is the culprit... some old routers do not have Smart QoS to distribute the internet fibre bandwidth...also, some routers have strong security protocol and block certain IPs (this is usually on public Wi-Fi eg. KFC, McD, Starbucks, etc.)...hence, poor VoWiFi experience...

Yeah... me also blacklisted TM... just "sewa" monthly access with me's neighbour... pay him RM30/month for 100Mbps access...

40% discount...reload every 10 minutes for Duit Raya galore...LOL...

Me invested on Axiata TuneTalk Pakej Remaja for hotspot-able RM25/25GB/90days + 1GB daily Booster (All-usage) ... pay lesser RM5 and yet get more data (5GB + 90 GB)...this offer ended 15th April ago...at least me can monitor the performance of Axiata for the next 90 days... it seems Axiata has the worst #JENDELA_gagal experience...LOL...

Age 12 - 24, the myDiGi app should offers it "automatically"...

Above 24 years old must get a brand new number from DiGi Centres...

Only those signed-up after 6th April will get 20GB...

That 20GB is thru DiGi Agents only...

DiGi is well known for offering hidden plans thru Agents "only"...another example is 365-day validity for RM30...we can buy this validity anytime without BoS or invitations...

And yet Momok Kuning takes no actions...
