But the new CelcomDiGi Prepaid Plan 25 provides high speed 40GB + separate 30Gb of hotspot quota for same price.

40GB not enough for you to use? I will not subscribe their 1M/3M unlimited plans though.

Their recent introduction to new Prepaid and Postpaid SE plans seems to be in a rush and total mess.

Got slightly regret converting to the new Prepaid Pelan Kuning A02. Missed all those goodies and booster options they had in the old call Live plan.

I even got free 10GB(2.5GB/week Video & Music Freedom) Youtube Video quota every month for free. Now all my Youtube streaming depend entirely on my main quota, not sure if it's enough.

The old Next and Live Prepaid call plans had this Next 48 which gave Unlimited Social Media for Titktok/X/FB Videos.It also came with high speed(full speed 5G) 85GB quota.

Really no more. I tried the USSD *888*1# USSD to claim after purchasing the Pelan Kuning 25 plan, the menu cannot access anymore it'll say Dear customer,please log on to MyDiGi App Inbox to redeem free internet.

I goto My Inbox in the app also nothing just showing the 3.3 Sale offers and other campaigns.

I’m also on Live prepaid RM28 plan. I just renewed yesterday and I received my 6GB loyalty bonus today. I just wanted to test whether Digi has stopped my loyalty bonus.

I haven’t been using this loyalty bonus for the last 3/4 renewal because I have too much carryover unused data 100+GB. For me the unlimited phone call is more important than data.

I’m thinking of “upgrading” to the new yellow plan less RM3/30days not so much of the 5G network.

I registered for U Mobile last night and am currently using it via E-SIM, opting for a new number instead of switching through Mobile Number Portability (MNP), and I'm still retaining my original main number. I'll be putting them to the test throughout the month.

It's the perfect opportunity to assess their service during the festive season. I'll be traveling from Subang Jaya to Tanah Merah (Kelantan) to Ipoh and back to Subang Jaya, utilizing multiple highways.

You can check from your Digi app Buy Add-ons/One-Time Pass to see whether it’s available. The T&C seems to have change on this sale, last month was available for Digi Next and Raja Combo. Now it’s available for 5G Kunning too in my app.

Unfortunately not available. I was using Live and I switched to Digi 5G Kuning 25 last month. I still get my 2.5 GB/week but I don’t get to use it as I don’t use much data I needed the unlimited phone calls.

Unable to get through Digi CS, so I contacted the Digi Store and said will lodge complaint unless the RM10 is refunded.

They offered to refund RM35 and return the SIM or Refund RM35 and I keep SIM and top up once port in successful.

I said just refund RM10 will do, buut they insist on refund RM35 and I get to keep the SIM and porting still proceed. Bizarre.

I work in Digi store when I was young. Situation is like this , Digi provide countless of sim card to dealer for free but Digi store charge RM 10 from customer and the rm 10 is masuk the store pocket itself. Last time I work inside Digi store , I heard this and I say this can't be done sine suppliers say it's free but I work under Digi store , I got no choice to follow the company rules and charge the customers RM10 , after that I quit the store because I found dishonest dealing .

Out of 7 numbers (Live, Best & Kuning), 1 of them (Prepaid Live) got the BoS SLL RM38. Not bad.
