Do anyone know how much would it cost to extend 2.5 storey to 3 storey terrace house? Roughly how much would it cost.

It is very subjective.
It depends what is your budget

Have you check whether the building able support extra loading.?

Professional opinion ... not contractor.

Hi, i would like to check also if i want to extend my backyard become wet kitchen, size about 22' length x 5' width c/w windows, gate, tilies, zink, power plug, etc, roughly how much it will cost?

Assuming the extension of a building only involved ground floor, the cost including RC columns & beams, RC slab (both floor and RC roof), brickwall, door & windows opening and lastly plastering (for wall) + skim coating for soffit (ceiling) is around MYR 15,500.

The price excludes the cost of obtaining necessary approval from the local municipal council & architect. It also excludes windows (panel counts, material used), door (material used), security gate (material used), tiles (dimensions, brands and etc), power points (number of power points) as these depends on owner preference.
