Thus, a full aluminium HSF is needed for it.

It depends on which model your C2D processor is.
For those low end models, it doesn't produce much heat like the higher model. Thus, a full aluminium HSF is needed for it. It's that simple. What's your first C2D processor and the 2nd one? |
