Just don't know whether how many of u guys hv tried out the new SMS Super Saver from hotlink . Yesterday when i read the newspaper and got to know about it and was so excited so decided to buy 400sms for RM2 . What I am not sure now is how long can the 400sms last . 18hours ? 1 day ? 400 sms in onli a day ? The advertisement didn't state it clearly and after checking out on hotlink's page , felt like being cheated . How about you all ?

Yes, that's Maxis. Im bored too with their tricks. That's why I don't try out anything that is newly launched by them

before that i cheated by the RM1 for 1000 message. They did't not mention the period sent those message. What to do?Maxis stra to attract coustomer...

The most useless thing with this supersaver is you must finish 400 sms in 18 hours. Such a stupid idea from Maxis....

I rather save my RM2. More valuable than this useless package

so blame the customer for being so greedy.

Hotlink isn't the only ones using this marketing tactic/strategy...you should be more careful before making a purchase in the future.

I don't follow Hotlink's promotions. Have they done this sort of bulk SMS credit promotion before, and was it done to the same terms of expiring after a day?

Also, does the newspaper ad mention the expiry at all?

i redeem bonus sms through points i gather.
it lasted until i used it all up. all 200 messages
in one week or so.

Haiz...yea,i admit that i was a bit greedy at that time . Actually i had read the terms about this "supersaver sms" , but i just can't get the "1-day only" msg from the main page , they put it under the FAQ , and it also not stated that clearly . T_T , nvm , RM2 for a lesson .

I know that I won't be SMS-ing much nowadays. So, I won't be subscribing this super saver.

Already stated inside T&C but don't bother to read at all... Knowing that's is marketing strategy but end up saying cheated by Hotlink.

aww~ maxis xD I given up on that stupid plan for so long. no really, their marketing strategy is quite tricky, so better watch out. now using digi (MTV powerpack) well, for rm5 for unlimited sms to fnf, aint bad. at least they dont cheat.

Is it to all network or just Maxis to Maxis only? If to all network, which is 15 cents per sms, also not that bad.
Digi is like trying to attract more customer, and Hotlink is like wanna kick all existing customer by fooling us.

Those who send at least 30 message in that time period to maxis numbers (except for activ5) will not lose money. Actually more than 29 message you already save RM0.07 for each msg.

Yeah, if valid for unlimited calls, then worth. If just one call, afraid maxis will 'accidentally' cancel the call after 2-3 mins & your RM2 fly in the air.

I think it is valid for unlimited calls because i hear my friend been calling his friends and no credit deducted after paying that RM2 . Not so sure actually. If a single call only,then wasting money.

It will be kind of not making any sense if the promotion is just for one call.
