yup. just open case with maybank. No excuse liao since already T+3 or 5 days. they will check and call me back by today.
quite strange only digital card for my case. even today i still got grp point today for transaction on 27. So far consistent get point every 3 days after transaction.

Out of topic a bit today they have point back 40%
I just redeem 8000 points for grab food voucher worth Rm50 then pointback 3200 points to me
Damn worth it

Since you guys earn so may points what you use for your points? For me I redeem air Selangor rm5 like 2 to 3 times in 1 month. 800 points rm5

1. grab food
2. steam - buy games
3. razor - buy games and reload steam
4. syabas - free water. same as u . everyday reload rm5
5. lazada voucher (latest)
6. hotlink reload
7. coffeee bean
8. starbuck

huh? u should get GRP point starting from physical card activation. My GRP point keep flowing in everyday 9.30am . It is same time every day. So confirm, their system process debit GRP.

u should redeem rm20 or rm10. RM 50 hard to use unless u buy high value food at same merchant. 1 voucher per merchant

I received GP from every purchased i made, but top up rm200 should get 5x GP right, i did not received that.
