Last week i topped up rm300 to bp using shopee card (just to get the 5,000 coins)

Today i asked CS the status, she said the welcome coins need to use retail spending (other than ewallet to entitled)

I ask her to hear back the conversation with another CS last week and that CS says for the purpose of welcome coins 5000, any transaction in eligible including ewallet.

Upon checking, correct, previous CS advise as such. I insist i still get the welcome coins as i was acting on the advise by maybank cs.

Any experience here whether rm300 spending to ewallet entitle for the 5000 welcome shopee coins?

Do u know after use mbb grab credit card topup grab, when will receive the 5x grab point?

I am not sure but based on my experience the cashback was credited within 3 days after I completed my spending.

Maybank stated on "retail transaction not any transaction". You need to call up Maybank since CS last week mislead you.

after 5 days, finally got my physical card.consider very fast since public holiday, sat & sun. Card was delivered by pos laju.

This is a conventional banking credit card, there is no Syariah-compliant Islamic version of the Maybank GRAB Mastercard Platinum Credit Card

if you are existing mbb credit card user, it is sharing the credit limit with other conventional credit card.

That means, it will share limit with your existing conventional MBB cards (e.g. M2Cards, FCB VS).

Anyone get grab rewards point credited to grab yet? I have receive welcome bonus 1,000 points.

Why unfortunate? if not satisfied with your CL, you can always apply for increasing CL.

Same here, only received 1000 welcome bonus points, but no sign of the X5 reload points....!

Ya I means if you need more credit limit, you can always apply for increase it by submit your latest income documents.
