I did the same after spoken to customer service. they asked me to fill up form and submit via email... today i see the card (white) appear on my m2u... not sure what colour they will send me though (there's no option to choose in the form)

yup confirmed white as what u saw on m2u. Mine showed black.

Well the PDS did say there will be 1x TreatsPoints for utilities, education, EzyPay and insurance.

Anyway to update my case, I called customer service as you all suggested, finally able to get MSOS code, but still can't add card to Grab App.
Then tried to top up grab wallet without adding the card, was successful. But after that still unable to add card to Grab app.
Have contacted both maybank and grab customer service, both clueless.

The PDS is confusing.
The card product page and FAQ didn't mention anything about TP award like the Shopee card.

yup. some of their page is outdated including maybank say got free edifier if spend rm300. But all the news only say rm50 on grab. very easy, anyone with shoppe or grab card, did not see TP on your statement?

my understanding is
shopee -> coin
grab -> grabpoint

I am also frequent customer for shopee. For me shopee cc is good when check out amount is higher >1000.

Just normal spending, then will get the 5,000 shopee coins.

My only complaint now is that almost all free shipping vouches require shopee pay. And if you reload into the Shopee Pay, doesn't give you coins at all.

Why Maybank recently cooperate with Shopee and Grab?
Because they no need spend 1cent, all spending rewards point by Shopee and Grab. They did not spend 1 cent to give TP or Cashback and can earn interest if the cardholder did not pay on time.

Shopee give extra free shipping vouchers after ShopeePay was launched. The extra vouchers are not for other payment modes. Most likely the extra free shipping vouchers are funded by ShopeePay (another legal entity). ShopeePay didn't reduce the free shipping vouchers allocated for other payment modes.

All the while we could not use credit cards to top up ShopeePay till early this year, only online banking. There are a lot of credit cards you will get reward/rebate to top up ShopeePay (it is an online transaction), why you must use a Maybank CC*?

* Indirect reward/rebate from Maybank is possible at this moment, eg (1) lucky draw from 21/8/20 to 31/10/20 , (2) Ganjaran Gemilang reward via bill payment to Maybank CC.

They didn't reduce. They totally removed. As far as i can see, i don't have any more vouchers that give me free shipping unless use with ShopeePay. The reason why people apply for Maybank Shopee is to use it within their ecosystem. Now they have removed the incentives, so what's the point when i can use so many other cards to reload into the ShopeePay? lol.

All Shopee pay.
Maybe you accumulate those in the past. But I have used all mine and the news one no longer let me to even claim new vouchers that don’t require Shopee Pay.
If you love MBB and Shopee so much it’s not my damn problem.
Please stop trying to make one’s complaint invalid.
