Since you just got credit line review recently, as you just applied for a Maybank CC, it is unlikely Maybank Islamic will give you a new credit line for Maybank Islamic CC unless you convert all or part of your credit line from Maybank (Conventional).

Maybank M2 Amex gives Weekend CB to Online, Direct Debit, PIN entry, Contactless, M2U bill payment.
Maybank Islamic Ikhwan Amex gives CB to Online transaction only.

Not sure the transaction you mentioned is Online or Direct Debit.

Avoid Maybank2u.
Let human check your documents instead of Artificial Intelligence.

Print out and fill up the application form. Email to Card Centre with supporting documents.

Or Visit Card Centre at The Gardens or 1Utama.

If you have ShopeePay/SPaylater, go to ShopeePay merchants such as Guardian, Big Pharmacy, Mr DIY, Ecoshop, Econsave, Shell etc.

Eg you want to pay RM100 at Guardian, before you show your real-time ShopeePay QR to the cashier, select redeem up to 50% by coins. It will deduct 5000 Shopee Coins and Shopee credit RM50.

You need to select SPayLater instead of Wallet Balance first before you present your QR to the SPayLater merchant.
There was a service charge of 1.5% till January 2024. It is 0% service charge for the time being if you choose to FULLY settle the SPayLater debt in the coming monthly bill.
(I paid 1.5% service charge but i got 5%/8% cashback from Maybank Amex / Maybank Islamic Amex-i)

Not all the ShopeePay merchants allow SPayLater,
eg
Econsave: You may use ShopeePay wallet 50% + Shopee Coins 50%. SPayLater is allowed, SPayLater 50% + Shopee Coins 50% is allowed as well.
Everrise: You may use ShopeePay wallet 50% + Shopee Coins 50%. But SPayLater is not allowed.
H&L: You may use ShopeePay wallet 100% (scan DuitNow QR), you can't use Shopee Coins.

They are not owned by Shopee Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

I don't have Maybank Shopee Visa.
I noticed if I use Amex to pay Airpay services and SPaylater debt, both at Shopee App, the credit card payment will not be channelled to Shopee Malaysia.

Your merchant sign up for SPayLater?
Ask your merchant.
