Update on those using e-pay & grabpay. You can now offset some payment by using grabpoint. Alternative if dont want to redeem voucher.
Been using it since a month, so far grabpoint has consistent bank in every 3 days to wallet.
Redeemed few Lazada voucher to offset payment & at this moment quite happy with it as grabpoint easy to accumulate by either top up or make a purchase.
Wonder how they calculate 3% reward when using this card. By top up (5x) and (3x) point = 8x point, the cash back almost on par as AMEX (5% cash back) with slight different. Not to say, that i can use the cash back more faster than wait for AMEX (statement date).
Just did a comparison by paying unifi bill:
RM 190 X 3x = 570 point
Top up 200 X 5x = 1000 point
Total 1570 point . With 800 as RM5. Almost get RM 10 cash back.
If use AMEX to pay, RM190 *5% = RM9.50 cashback.
Both almost identical.

yes. so far so good. either from top up, e-commerce and retail purchase. No missing point. now lazy to count as already did that job for a month and keep track

Only can wait.... Last month they told me they got technical issue. Coins only updated in shopee app almost 2 weeks after statement. This month not sure. Tired to call MBB again.

Perhaps the barista didnt know how to key in the discount. I never miss discount when using this card. Or make sure next purchase, you can ask, " use mbb got discount right" and for sure the discount will kick in

Maybank use courier or normal mail to deliver credit card? It has been more than one month since my credit card is approved yet I still haven't receive it.
