Anyone know how to increase the top up limit? I wanted to top up 500 and it fails. I had to top up 200 + 200 + 100 like an idiot. Standing at the counter all day trying to top up and pay.

u can top up in advance before purchase/queue up.

I got the card. shop alot in shopee. But only use ONCE with the card. other all shopee pay check out.

Call maybank grab customer services both say have no issue.
I try top up with other card , 500/1000 no issue.

Only issue with grab card. Just do it patiently as it give you 5x + 3x grab pay total 8x

so i called customer service from the grab card. apparently there was a "sync issue" where the card wasn't a "physical" card. now i can top up my grab wallet 400 in one go.

i have activated my Grab card and reloaded it my grab Hp number and card number the same but how come i have not get the free rewards?

got nothing to do? cancel old card & apply back same card

while waiting for value added responses, based on my experience with ambank - if cancelled within 6 months, can request reactivate old card. if more than 6 months then reapply as new.
