Upon the successful transfer of the ownership/hakmilik from the vendor to me, I intend to claim back the amount from my KWSP account 2.
Unfortunately, the strata title/hakmilik has the following syarat nyata: Perniagaan Kedai Pejabat which categorised the unit as commercial, not residential. The vendor said the unit utilities tarifs are based on residential rates.
Since the strata title is commercial, how do I convince KWSP that the unit is actually built for residential purpose. There are shops beneath these studio apartment. Will KWSP allows withdrawal for such strata title?
