Having swollen lymph nodes is one of the symptoms of dengue fever, so your doctor's first diagnosis is likely correct already.

Ohh, because he highly highly suspect denggue. Ask me to come back to meet him after 3 days.

I still feeling energized, not tired or what. Why ah?  Covid19? Denggue?

Infection takes time...And it usually takes a few days for dengue fever to show all its symptoms and make you fatigued as heck.

Update

Went checking and refill my tablets from clinic.

Doctors check fever still there, sore throat still there. Swollen throat 😷

Give me antibiotics again, now denggue test negative. He suspect the sorethroat gave me fever.

TBH, that sounds like a viral infection but I'm not sure why your doctor gives you antibiotics since he didn't do a blood test on you, anyway, who am I to question your doctor's decision. Rest well and cheers.

He gave me because he saw my throat are freaking swollen. But I doesn't want to question the doctor because later he said I memandai Pula.

He said the swollen throat cause me to have fever and swollen lymphnode..gave me extra dose of sorethroat Medicine

I think he simplified the situation to let you understand better, the actual situation could be the pathogens infected(attacked) your throat, causing it to be swollen and in pain and your body raises its temperature(fever) to fight off it. A swollen lymph node is just a sign of your immune system working hard. Whether the pathogen is bacteria or virus, is the problem that your doctor has to find out and it seems like he's suspecting it's a bacterial infection. At least that's what I will interpret from what he told you and asked you to do since he gave you antibiotics.

P/S: I'm not a doctor, so these are just my 'assumptions'.

Thank you! smile.gif
Yeap exactly, he said my fever probably caused by my throat as he seen through it.  He said I miss antibiotics session, that's why inflammation again.  But I personally think it's viral. Not sure, he said if still persist for 3 days fever, then yes go hospital for check-up

Well, anyhow, you must finish the antibiotics he prescribed to you as it's a medicine that can't simply be stopped without the doctor's permission, else the consequence is quite dangerous even if it's not an acute one.

Frankly, stop stressing yourself already. Mental health is crucial to be taken care of and will affect your physical health if anything goes wrong. There's no point worrying about small issues, especially when they're not affecting your quality of life. Feeling hot is normal when you got infected and you shouldn't be so worried about it...

IMO, if you're worrying about things you can't control, stop worrying about it. If you're worried because of the things you don't know, learn about them. If you're anxious that something won't follow the pattern of what you've predicted, make a back-up plan.
