My condo have been facing leakage issue for years but the management fail to fix it.
Anyone know some sifu/specialist in fixing leakage? As well as overflow of water in the drainage pipe back into condo from outside condo.

No sure should I get the same person to do all, but perhaps the sifu also need to know how to touch up the wall or redo/repair the ceiling due to leakage.

If this is condo and the leakage is caused by external, it should be the responsibility of the management corporation to fix it. Where is your condo?

I hired Cheah (012-2672862) to repair a leak for the unit below me. Actually, Cheah also noted the watermark from windows towards living room. It is unlikely caused by my toilet. Furthermore, my master bedroom's toilet is about 10 feet away from the leak. It was obviously the gap of the concrete slabs and by eyesight I could see the crack on the external. I consulted several contractors including Cheah. All mentioned it was external and the management corporation should be responsible. Nevertheless, as the technician from the management corporation kept on insisting and I did not want to cause further inconveniences to my neighbour below, I paid for the repair. It was not cheap. Around 2.2k. So, if you are definitely sure the source is outside your condo, you have to ask the management corporation to pay for the bill. If you want another few contact, I also engaged Patrick (0122519816) previously for my office. But, he was not free and he referred Cheah.
