The review online says the working culture is "laborious", my offer letter states 8.30am-6.00pm, that's 1.5 hour more compared to the usual 8-5 jobs too.

Worst case for the reason for high intern allowance is they want those intern to do the job of a full time employed fresh graduate but pay them intern salary.

lol idk maybe, review online dont say much good stuff about this company, and heard that they always have vacancy on their website(mean that people always quit for some reason?)

Seems like good place for intern and fresh grad to gain experience though

tbh, I don't understand why some companies don't use the standard 9 to 5 sweat.gif
Not like extra an hour become extra productive blink.gif

Imagine stuck in traffic thru and flo work always 1-2 hours of your life sweat.gif

Anyhow, will ask back my friend on his internship experience tho.

I would say different company different experience but,
It would also depends on yourselves as well, comparing to some other companies, mine didn't have a proper program for internships, rather, it was my own initiative to go to other departments and learn different skills. Even if your smart and great and what you're doing, when you're the type that just waits for order, its kinda hard to learn much.

Just apply and go to any company, it might give a different perspective. Some applied for eng intern but last2 only did procument for 3 months.

Also, loved my intern place, as strict workload limit of 70%
that means I can go home early or take friday's off as well, never need to stay later than 5 unless got onsite work. If I did that, entitled to day off

Yeah, my first company too didn't really have a proper program for interns.
But sadly my first Internship was "too in depth" not a simple newcomer can pick up in a few months.
At the end didn't really learn that much sweat.gif
So basically changing department also didn't really helped.

I just wish to find a company that have similar offerings as yours.

Can use this as a gauge la but you have no idea which company you are going to end up in. Just go with the flow when you're starting out.

Now times are tough, our company already stop taking in interns this year.

Yeahhh , it would be the best if I can land into a company that could offer me an internship placement and land me a job after I graduate tho.
