Without zeros and ones, no telcos; thus no 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 018, 019, and ...

If you are using Tunetalk (I have already ported out very very long ago),
you are able to modify your number to a desired or maybe premium number in the Tunetalk user website (I forgot what its called since last time i changed my number in that site is in 2017)
