it means you success in applying and stand a chance of balloting
now you are dealing with the developer so you can wait them to call you or vice verse
thing you need to take note or ask such as when and balloting going to take place, any required document to bring along

congrats on your first home purchase! nothing much you can do beside wait them to call you
you can call the developer for faster reply..ask them regarding the ballot date,time,place, required document to bring
perhaps you want to ask if you can choose unit or just based on ur ballot result

Thanks thanks!! Finally after 10 years of renting.. btw how much should I pay for booking fee? I emailed them, looks like I have no choice to wait for the fmco to end.

Btw for loan can I join loan with other people just in case my loan bank won’t approve if under solely my name.

yeah due to fmco, you most probably need to wait a bit more
some projects require booking fee while some may not hence check with your developers
it require 10% booking fee as i know...you may want check this out rumawip information for more details if needed
