Disclaimer : I'm not a wiring technician, I share what I understand by seeing the circuit diagrams you provided, TS.

It looks like the digital and the analog meters have similar wirings, just that the analog have an extra hole/port where you need to split the L wire to hole 1 & 2, or you can put L into hole 1 and then use a wire from hole 1 to hole 2 (make sure similar thickness or gauge), the rest seems similar to the digital meter.
