Recently i found a house in property guru which is quite big yet affordable.
I went to view and find it quite satisfying with everything.
Somehow i felt something wrong with the price as the hse is so new, renovated nicely yet cheap.

I ask the agent but he said no but highly doubt something happened there before, how do you guys get any info like this? Is there any agency that provide such service?
