Guys the problem is talking to professionals (anyone that is not Befrienders) means he will have to pay. While that's an option it would further stress him financially. Talk to Befrienders, please.

But above all, try to take more action and compartmentalise. Try to move beyond what your family wants/needs and focus on yourself. Do whatever job that comes first, part-time or not.
