Any natural way to reduce d boob without going for surgery?

I m 168 cm, 55 kg, 18-19% body fat (weight scale)

Breast size should be coded into your genes.

1 way is reduce body fat, but lets say if u reduce from 60kg to 54kg (10% weight reduction, good luck =D), your breast volume maybe reduce 5 - 10% or less only (depending on size, you may want more).

Obviously reducing this way makes it more saggy, but that is another point... ...

I think no way around it without surgery.

depending on the amount of fat and breast tissue. you can reduce the fat amount naturally, but not the breast tissue

Why wan to reduce? Guys like bigger boobs lo..
